SAM Conveyancing (an acronym of Share a Mortgage) is a concierge home moving service which has every base covered in relation to owning or buying a property. Set-up as a trading company of Share a Mortgage in 2014, the website was set-up to support co-buying clients purchase their home. However, in just under 3 months of marketing to any home buyer or seller using our 'SEO know how', SAM Conveyancing took off and is now used by over 600 clients each month to move home.
